Role purpose:To develop the SW code to enable automation in Cloud & Connectivity service catalogue and testing for IP and Optical strategic portfolio.Key accountabilities and decision ownership :Define time and resources to internally develop the needed SW based on the received requirements from the central automation team and from the central testing team;Manage resources priorities with a flexible approach, in order to optimize the projects execution and match the requirements in agreement with automation and testing teams;Manage and coordinate multiple SW development projects in parallel, ensuring they are delivered as per agreed/committed date;Monitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of tasks and projects;Define SW Development KPIs to help the track and monitoring of the SW development activity;Set attainable goals to the team members in order to ensure the project timelines;Provide guidance to the team member to encourage work productivity;Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to SW development;Documents software development; monitors status of developing software;Represent the SW department in program and governance meetings inside wider CCE community;Key accountabilities and decision ownership:SW Development for automation service catalogue Use CasesSW Development for testing automationKPI for SW development codeProject plan and delivery of SW Development activitiesSW Developers allocation of the different projectsSW quality and documentationSW maintenance to sustain/support the product life cycleCore competencies, knowledge and experience:Very good knowledge and familiarity with various programming languages codes and SW development processes;Very good knowledge with SW architecture conceptsTroubleshooting skills to assess quickly complex programming applicationVery good knowledge in agile and DevOpsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal/engagement skills#_VOIS #movewithus
