Job Description

Job Summary:?As Associate Product Manager,?you are expected to organize resources, including and not limited to third-party providers, consumers and products for projects as assigned by Supply Chain Leader. Coordinate the life cycle of products with all concerned ensuring projects are executed to a high standard that department is increasing their sales and meeting the target.?General Duties and Responsibilities:?

  • Participate end-to-end in the product life cycle, especially market research, customer development, and requirements gathering/consolidation related to Supply Chain.
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards.
  • Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and other product users to evaluate satisfaction and success.
  • Participate in vendor management by tracing and following up on all assigned projects from selection to post delivery.
  • Work with operations, stores and sales management teams to ensure progress of products delivery is properly communicated within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Running regular inventories and updating par stock on the system according to requirement.
  • Porting and processing POs on the system.
  • Follow up on shipments ensuring standards are applied at all times and delivery plan is processed in accordance to the set timeline.
  • Maintain accurate and complete product related information.
  • Identify process improvements to achieve targets related to product sale and customer support.
  • Tracks the products inventory and generates related reports to update the management.
  • Assists in the tracing of the packaging, shipping and all product logistics
  • Ensures all quantities / qualities are as ordered as described.
  • Maintain self-development of soft and technical skills to ensure progress in the field.
