We are not stopping there, and neither should you.You work closely with the producers, helping them manage all aspects of production on set or in the studio.You play an important role in ensuring that productions run smoothly and on schedule. You commonly take on a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: sourcing equipment and supplies; coordinating with vendors and suppliers; arranging travel arrangements for cast and crew; handling payroll and accounting duties; and overseeing day-to-day operations on set.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with the director during production to ensure that all tasks are completed on timeReviewing PPMS, storyboards, for errors in continuity or logicHelping supervise the work of the production crew, including coordinating with freelancersManaging the budget of a project, including submitting requests for additional funds when necessaryAcquiring equipment or props needed for filming, such as vehicles, costumes, or furnitureMeeting with clients or other members of the production team to discuss preproduction detailsAssisting the producer in hiring crew members based on their experience level and availability to meet deadlinesPreparing an outline or schedule for production or post-production activities such as filming or editingPreparing shot lists for the director and camera operator to follow during filmingRequirementsMinimum of 1-year experience in the production fieldAffinity for luxury brandsStrong communicatorProblem solverPassionate and creativeResult-orientedExcellent spoken and written English skillsWe offerA great working environment with an international team of high performersFast-growing and challenging projects from well-known international brands to start-upsAn appreciative and collaborative corporate culture with a ?Can Do? attitudeAdvancement training and career growth opportunitiesFlexible working hours and remote work optionsA competitive salaryAbout Our TribeWe have been working with the world?s leading luxury leisure brands and disruptive tech startups in over 40 countries including the US, EU, GCC, UK, for more than 10 years.Tribe X presents the science of digital fused with the art of content.
