This position is responsible for supporting senior management in overseeing theoperations of the IT department, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment withorganizational goals. The role will involve managing IT Help Desk operations, monitoringproject quality, and ensuring optimal performance across IT functions. The role will reportdirectly to the IT Manager. and the work will be in united Arab emirates.Key Responsibilities:? Participate in strategic planning to align IT capabilities with organizationalobjectives.? Assist in preparing departmental budgets and cost estimates for planned initiatives.? Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for IT infrastructure projects.? Support the implementation of learning solutions such as Learning ManagementSystems.? Manage IT desktop and web-based applications to ensure seamless operation.? Oversee helpdesk support operations and evaluate performance quality.? Contribute to information security management and monitor information flow.? Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.? Supervise IT procurement processes, including PR approvals and vendorassessments.? Evaluate vendor performance and provide recommendations for contract renewals.? Lead IT systems automation initiatives and support continuous improvements.? Manage system and network integrations with internal and external systems.
