National_Assistant Manager Accounts Payable | Real Estate | CFCOverview of the roleÿThis role is responsible for managing the accounts payable staff, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and that all departmental procedures are followed. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports and reconciling accounts.ÿWhat you will doÿ

  • Manage monthly Bank Clearing Process in liasionÿwith the I2P team and treasury team.
  • Investigateÿreturned transfers then post the required corrective action ensuring any possible process improvement.
  • Review all prepared directs and contractual vendor payments recommendation within the due date.
  • Review and verifyÿall bank transfers preparedÿbefore gettingÿmanagement final approval.
  • Track costs booked with the budgeting team avoidingÿany cost over-spending.
  • Review and verifyÿall SAP vendor?s contracts and ensure that all POs are released in a timely manner.ÿ
  • Review fixed asset /AUC module SAP transactions (addition, depreciation, and retirements).
  • Control, review, and developÿof monthly Accruals in the Monthly Review and Year End Review.
  • Maintain adherence to Al-Futtaimÿprocedures,ÿpolicies, andÿguidelines.
  • Leadÿnew systems implementation and support the teams to achieve on the agreed time.
  • Consolidate the information across all SPVs, controlling and monitoring all SPV accounts payable reports.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
  • Provide Asset Management Departments with all financial information and assistance to help them monitorÿactual cost and highlight the cost saving area when applicable.
  • Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
