Role Purpose:VBTS UK is the Enterprise Build organisation for our fixed and converged products. This role is to support the work of the VBTS Process and Data Governance team. It will include administration of the Enterprise Central Stack (ECS) Governance Authority, it?s Change Approval Board (CAB), the Process Library using ARIS, and Master Data Governance process, as well as maintenance of the VBTS BUILD SharePoint.The Process Improvement Engineer will be responsible for understanding business processes and applications, analysing the Business needs of internal clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions and business transformation plans.The processs Improvement Engineer will liaise with stakeholders to elicit, analyses, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, information systems and organization.Key accountabilities and decision ownership: ? Efficient and effective running of Process Academy & ECS Governance Authority meetings-? Drive engagement with operation teams to increase awareness of VBTS Governance.? Management of the Process library, and documentation. This includes initiation of reviews to maintain standards compliance.? Responsible for maintenance and development of SharePoint Sites.? Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into process/people/system requirements for improvement?
