Preparing high quality detailed drawings and working drawings, all according to Dubai Building Code.
Performing general architectural works including architectural design, coordination, preparation of authorities? submissions, preparation of tender documents, and preparing related reports.
Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets according to authorities? regulations and standards.
Development of proposals, designs, sketches, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards?etc.
Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project drawings.
Reviewing workshop/Fabrication drawings.
Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and appropriately following up.
Ability to work constructively with multi-functional teams.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Be a supporter of quality and automation across all aspects of the delivery and operation.
