- Analyze business and technical requirements and solutions to take the necessary actions.- Design and develop technical solutions for enterprise-level projects.- Design the custom and non-custom solutions? architecture.- Approve custom development and third-party solution packages.- Create and update software documentations.- Perform unit testing on new/existing business applications? implementations and modifications. to manage system testing defect tracking process & evaluate systems? functionalities.- Validation & Verification of all developed systems reports.- Responsible for reports? design, development, testing and deployment.- Support all CRM, Web/.NET Applications, for any technical and functional issues.- Provide architectural guidance to development teams.- Monitor team members participation to ensure the training they are provided is being put into use and ensure that the subordinates are meeting the deadlines.
