Job Description

  • Communicate with users for troubleshooting
  • Diagnose problems and propose an adequate solution or work with solution delivery/vendors to reach a solution
  • Identify and propose business analysis of needs for designated projects
  • Prepare presentation and demo for end users
  • Good communication skills with users, IT development team and suppliers
  • Prepare users manual where and when is required
  • Contribute with testing team to building test plan, test scripts and user acceptance test where and when is required
  • Analyze processes and propose scenarios for improvement and automation where and when is possible
  • Check security rules to be aligned with AXA Standard
  • Collaborate and support in the release management process (deployments)
Ensure that:
  • Resolve complex technical issues under supervision of senior management
  • Some independent thought and judgment required, however the resolution of application issues is accomplished primarily through a logical and systematic approach following prescribed and documented protocols and procedures
  • Analyze processes and propose scenarios for improvement
  • Check security rules to be aligned with AXA Standard.
  • Perform Quality Assurance and code review of Systems Application
