? Empower the BI team towards an ongoing improvement of BI data warehousing architecture with minimal downtime for end users at B.TECH, to prevent negative impact to the business? Guide and mentor the Analytics team to optimize the reporting process in accordance with best practice framework and to align them with department goals? Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the daily reports (i.e. E-commerce and Operations dashboards), while running the necessary QA on the output and retaining accountability for the reported figures? Manage internal & external controls to ensure proper governance, security & integrity of data across all B.TECH DWH sources? Initiate Data Science practice at B.TECH in cooperation with Tech department? Monitor firm-wide KPIs with support of Analytics team to highlight recent trends and performance, with a focus on uncovering potentially new business opportunities for the firm? Manage the process for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting to investors and external counterparties? Act of subject matter expert of all data definitions, workflows, and design models? Delivery of realistic yet future-proof business-aligned Analytics unit strategic plans and road maps? Constantly push the envelope on analytical and data capabilities to make Analytics unit at B.TECH world class, while actively organizing regular training sessions with the team or run independent research about Ecommerce topics
