Job MissionAs an Algorithm Software Engineer, you will be part of the software development team in Interior Monitoring Systems, to develop innovative PoCs and products designed to enhance safety and comfort inside the vehicles cabine.One of the main products is the Driver Monitoring System, its purpose is to alert the driver when signs of drowsiness or distraction are detected, and includes:- Identification of the driver in order to allow the vehicle to automatically restore its preferences and settings.- Monitor driver fatigue and alert him when a potential drowsiness situation is detected.- Monitor driver attentiveness by ensuring he?s keeping his eyes on the road and that he is aware of any dangerous situation.- Pilot an user interface thanks to the eyes by automatically selecting HMI areas, highlighting features.In addition to other innovative products like: Child Presence Detection and Driver Health Monitoring.- Development computer vision and deep learning applications for Interior Monitoring Systems perception.- Optimization of algorithms targeting embedded real-time systems.- Develop Image/Video processing algorithms to rebuild and enhance 3D images from the sensors raw data.- Perform research and development for new image/video processing algorithms and Deep Learning/Computer vision designs.- Perform evaluation, profiling and documentation of developed applications.- Understand and analyze customer and design requirements to identify any gaps or missing information needed to perform development and testing activities for algorithms.Requirements:- BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Communications Engineering or similar.- Advanced Image/Video processing and Computer Vision skills.- Advanced Machine/Deep Learning skills.- Proficiency in Python and C++.- Experience with deep learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Good analytical and problem solving skills.- MSc or research experience in a related field is highly preferred.- Image enhancement algorithms knowledge/experience is a plus.- Camera models optimization knowledge/experience is a plus.- Experience in algorithms optimization for embedded systems is a plus.- Excellent command of English (Written and Verbal).- Junior Algorithm Engineer --> 0-1 years of relevant experience.- Standard Algorithm Engineer --> 1-3 years of relevant experience.- Senior Algorithm Engineer --> 3-5 years of relevant experience.-Principal Algorithim Engineer --> 5- 7 Years of relevent experinece
