Collect all bookings that was affected by Schedule Change and call the customer to inform them about the impact and alternative available options. Follow up on all files affected by schedule change with the airlines to confirm the new dates, get approval to full refund the ticket, or re validate it for free. Re issue or refund the ticket as per airline approval Handle calls received directly from the customers which are related to schedule changes.
