In our terms, the Engagement Manager is the combined equivalent of business development manager and customer success manager ? a challenging, demanding and exciting role!As an Engagement Manager, you will provide continuous support to our customers across the whole sales and delivery cycle of Ericsson?s AI & Analytics portfolio. You should be able to contribute to building strong relationships, implementing initiatives that will increase business? revenue potentials and drive customer satisfaction. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.You will drive existing and new customer engagements and mobilize internal teams to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing a flawless transition from sales to operations.You should be passionate about selling software, AI, data and cloud technologies to customers at different stages from their digital transformation journey.To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven work experience as business development manager, customer success manager, business/technology consultant or equivalent role in a software or services organization
  • All-round understanding of the software industry sales and delivery models
  • Knowledge about AI, data science, analytics and cloud technologies
  • Business acumen and awareness that span connects local and global perspectives
  • The ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional presentation and communications skills on stage or online
  • Consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience in influencing and managing people from diverse backgrounds
