-Monitor all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, or payroll.-Relate expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and supervise recording entries.-Follow up resolving payment discrepancies and documentations of purchase order, contract, invoice, or other payment statements.-Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.-Review and verify petty cash statements.-Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports.-Follow up stock control and stock movements inside and outside.-Conduct inventories check on suddenly basis.-Perform other duties as assigned.
