Job Description

1. Procurement Management:

5. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
6. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services.
  • Identify new suppliers and assess their potential to meet organizational needs.
7. Reporting:
  • Prepare procurement reports, including cost analyses and supplier performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and challenges.
