We contribute to society, building confidence and trust in the markets, upholding the integrity of organizations and supporting our communities.Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact:IntegrityOutstanding value to markets and clientsCommitment to each otherStrength from cultural diversityAs a Finance Manager, you will be:Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accountsEnsure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and proceduresEnsure all financial reporting deadlines are metUnderstand the finance policyReport to the Partners on financial related mattersHandle the payrollPrepare financial management reportsEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closeEstablish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control proceduresResolve accounting discrepancies and irregularitiesContinuous management and support of budget and forecast activitiesMonitor and support taxation issuesDevelop and maintain financial data basesEnsure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expensesAnalyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenuesAnalyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problemsMonitor accounts and transactions using established format to score for quality and accuracyEnsure consistency in process and procedures across entities and functionsTrack inefficiencies and recurring problems and develop solutionsDevelop and design analytical reports to be provided to the management on a monthly basisDevelop and deploy training for new employees and provided ongoing training as neededPerform any special assignments as requestedLeadership Capabilities:Acts as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they makeDevelops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunitiesDelivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and bordersInfluences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior peopleUnderstands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and directionQualifications: To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:Minimum eight years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with leading professional services firms or large multinational organizations and systems.Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Arabic is a plus.Certifications: CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CISA, FRM, MIRM, CQA, CMA, PMP or equivalent required.System Knowledge: SAP, Oracle etc.Willingness to travel.
