Third Party Monitoring & Evaluation of multi-purpose cash program (DFID/ECHO/Norway/Germany through a consortium)About the jobThe HR coordinator coordinates the implementation of Solidarit s International Human Resources policy at mission level.As HR Coordinator he/she is responsible for the administrative aspects of the mission and ensures the respect by all of, Solidarit s International procedures, the procedures of financial backers and the laws of the country in which SI is intervening.The HR Coordinator manages the HR team to ensure efficient and high quality staff recruitment, contracts management, orientation, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy and labor law compliance, employee engagement and staff care.The HR Coordinator adapts and implements SI Global HR policies, initiatives and practices and serve as an advisor to maximize staffing resources and performance, promotes a positive organizational culture and minimizes legal and financial risk.The HR coordinator advises to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and is the mission focal point and the link between headquarters and the mission for any questions relating to Human Resources.The HR Coordinator reports to the Country Director and supervises Coordination HR department.The 2 first priorities on the position are the revision of the mission Salary Grid and the implementation of a new Internal Staff Regulation.Management :The HR Team is composed of one Deputy Coordinator and one Administration Officer.The HR Coordinator is also the Functional Manager of the Administration Managers of Tripoli and ZahleMain Responsabilities :Analysis of the legal and socio-economic contextAdministrative managementHR management of expatriates and nationalsTeam managementReporting/Communication
