Key Responsibilities:The health care risk manager performs a variety of duties related to managing potential risks and liabilities within the hospital. This includes creating and implementing policies that improve both patient care and employee safety. The job incumbent ensures a proactive approach to Incident and Risk management across the Hospital with consistent application of the Hospitals Risk and Incident Management Policies and Guidance. Identification of potential risk through risk assessment and periodic safety inspections and audits is a core responsibility of this job, making recommendations to reduce, prevent or eliminate risks identified.Job Requirements:M.Sc. in health sciences with 3 years experience in Risk management including 1 year managerial experienceOr B.S. in Nursing or health Sciences with minimum 5 years in Risk Management including 1 year in a managerial positionGood observation skills and attention to detailsProven leadership skillsGood knowledge of English & FrenchComputer Literate
