Duties and Responsibilities:o Communicating with prospects or clients and providing advice and clarification in regards of our services.o Identifying the clients' needs and Addressing and resolving all problems within his/her privilege and liability. o Managing client- company relations, as well as maintaining and developing these relations.o Having well rounded knowledge about all our services and products to play a role in their promotion.o Handling incoming inquiries via phone call or email.o Filling out lead form to be forwarded to the sales department.o Conducting routine follow up calls with new and existing clients.o Filling out all prospect information on the relevant network for tracking purposes.o Responsible for updating and amending client information.o Monitoring payment schedules to ensure transactions are done within agreed time frame when necessary.o Coordinating with all internal departments to resolve any predicament.o Documenting inbound complaint or praise and forwarding it to the relevant department and management.o Reporting any technical errors in regards of the communication channels.o Enhancing the level of customer satisfaction.o The ability to foresee the maximum gain from new or current clients. (upgrading expanding additions referrals )o Responsible for all client data, to be updated or amended or added and provided when asked for by internal departments.o Collection of all required client documents.o Making sure all technical and operational requirements are arranged accordingly.o Conducts surveys for company reference, and deriving relevant reports.o Creating weekly and monthly reports, for analysis.o Responsible for the application of the QMS related to the department and its continuous development.
