MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Areas) ?Providing key inputs during preparation of annual audit plan & developing a detailed understanding of the activity under audit based on risk assessment. ? Providing key inputs to Head ? Internal Audit in planning the audit process, research, reviewing current processes and providing recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures under risk based internal audit; ? Responsible for the audit team and will supervise, motivate and develop the team of junior audit staffs. ? Initiate the audit by attending meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes; ? Performing the audit on agreed audit scope with the auditees. ? Communicate progress of audits to Head of Internal Audit on a weekly basis. ? Prepare the draft report, present and discuss the draft report with Head of Internal Audit. ? Arrange the exit meeting with auditees and Head of Internal Audit. ? Complete audits on time and submit reports to Head ? Internal Audit ? Assist Head - Internal Audit during discussions with Process Owners with regards to audit findings & agree about validity, applicability & the week from the date of draft report issuance.
