Ware House Manager

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company?s policies and Procedures.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Setup layout and ensure efficient Ware House space utilization.
Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Prepare annual budget for the Ware House and maintain WH expenses against it.
Report inventory while making recommendations on which items need to be restock.
Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipments.
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve Ware House staff.
Keep up-to-date on the latest regulation and safety regulations as well.
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
Plan work schedule, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
Any other tasks related to the job.
