JOB SUMMARY:The Site QHSE Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the PSGS-Iraq Quality Health Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Ensure implementation, performance measurement and a continual improvement in the standards of QHSE and reduce risk exposure in the work place. Also, verify that highest possible standards of hygiene are maintained in all sitesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:? Responsible for establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and continually improving QHSE Management systems in accordance with the relevant ISO standards and client requirements.? Ensuring that client contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS?s QHSE policy and procedures are implemented and observed in all locations.? Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Systems documentation and ensure all locations have up to date forms, plans, manuals and related documents.? Maintaining the integrity of documents for other standards like OHSAS 18001:2007.? Maintaining a register of legal requirements to fulfill ISO requirements.? Establishing QHSE Objectives and targets in consultation with Site Manager and Country QHSE Manager and update them on a regular basis on the performance to attain the objectives.? Collating and reporting the monthly QHSE statistics to the Site Manager, Country QHSE Manager.? Establishing a training plan/program in consultation with Site Manager.? Conducting internal audits and ensure that corrective actions are satisfactorily completed.? Representing PSGS Services during client QHSE Inspections and audits as directed by the Site Manager/ Country QHSE Manager.? Controlling and directing the Non Conformity product process and ensure that report registers for all projects are kept up-to-date.? Leading and directing the investigations of all incidents/accidents and verify that the Incident/Accident registers for the projects are kept up-to-date.? Verifying training matrix and records of the Site are kept up-to-date.? Generating Safety Alerts and other QHSE related information and ensure distribution to the Site.?Advising top management on Emergency Response Procedures and ensure that regular emergency drill are done and reported.? Regularly verify the integrity of the fire equipment/systems in all locations.? Ensuring PSGS and client Journey Management Plans and Safe Driving Policy are observed.? Act as a food safety team member ? Performing other duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Country QHSE Manager
