JOB SUMMARY:Ensures the integrity of the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) Systems at the site. Responsible for providing the necessary QHSE guidance, advice, inspections & reports to enable the Camp Boss, Operations Manager and Project Manager team to fulfill their obligation to implement the QHSE requirement as per the contract and PSGS?s standards. Supervise tasks of QHSE Officer on siteKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:? Applying and following the client contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS QHSE policy and procedures? Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Systems standards? Maintaining the integrity of documents for other standards like OHSAS 18001:2007? Ensuring Personal Hygiene standards are met, monitors sanitation standards, applies Health and Safety measures including code of Accident prevention? Ensuring that Induction training is provided to all new staff, subcontractors and visitors? Conducting TBT and staff training on Food Safety and HSE topics? Conducting daily walkabout health and hygiene inspections and weekly inspections? Responsible for the monthly inspection of fire equipment? Representing PSGS during client Inspection and audits? Highlighting and Improving the Safety Awareness levels among the employee, clients and visitors? Monitoring HACCP and verify that breaches of CCP?s are corrected timeously? Ensuring that the customer complaints attended to, reported and trend analysis done to ensure continual improvement? Responsible for all incident/accident reporting, investigation and verifying that CAPA is fully done? Ensuring that ERP?s (Emergency Response Plans) are current and verify that regular drills are conducted? Collating and reporting the monthly HSE statistics to QHSE Manager and Site Manager/ Operations Manager? Act as a food safety team member? Ensuring all the PSGS QMS documents and records are up to date and correctly filed
