Job Description

QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for the inspection, recertification of repaired equipment as per customer purchase order requirements, goods in/out quality checks for the facility and coordination of calibrated equipment. He or she will work with the company to implement ISO Standards including 9001, 14001, and 45001.The position is rotational on 4on/4off or to be agreed for Expats or as per local labour law for Iraqis.Main Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the creation of ITP/QAP for client approval.
  2. Populate Pressure Test Parameters within QA Card
  3. Compile Certification Packages for repaired valves ensuring full traceability of all spares fitted
  4. Responsible for the completion of QA/QC final inspection checklist within QA card
  5. Liaising with Managers/Supervisors when repaired valves do not conform to Quality standards
  6. Ensuring all non-conformances are investigated and that suitable corrective actions are implemented to prevent a recurrence
  7. Preparation and execution of the internal audit plan
  8. Carrying out management system audits at premises and third-party locations as required
  9. The focal point for all QMS audits conducted by 3rd parties
  10. Responsible for Co-ordination and records upkeep of all equipment that requires periodic recertification
  11. Responsible for the integration and upkeep of ISO Standards across the JV
