Job Description

As a Sales Manager, ?you will have the responsibility for ensuring the achievements of strategic targets including company market share and budgetary objectives as well as achieving sales and profit results as laid down in the strategic plans and budgets for Protective Coating Products.Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of budgetary estimates for Protective sales
  • Provides customers with products and services to ensure complete customer satisfaction (Quality Service).
  • Assists in compiling and implementing strategies, objectives and sales action plans.
  • Maintains close cooperation and communication with all departments in the implementation of market strategies (including pricing policies).
  • Compiles monthly sales report.
  • Monitors and reports the competitor?s activities.
  • Handles retailers? network to improve sales Protective Coatings.
  • Handles line management and stock management.
  • Achieves overall sales and collection targets.
  • Handles specifiers, consultant project management team, max and mini, micro contractors segment.
  • Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities.
  • To monitor/supervise the usage of CRM of the Team Members using the CRM dashboard to verify the date and information and ensure the
  • Ensure to meet and achieve the overall monthly/annual sales results against strategic targets/budgets as set by the Management by all KPIs (Volume/Value/Gross Profit/Gross Profit%/ASP).
  • Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.
  • Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
Location: Basra and frequent travel to Baghdad
