JOB SUMMARY:The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for acquiring prices from all suppliers for all itemsrequested by the locations and makes sure that all those items being quoted were available atthe time of delivery and considering the quality of the items to be delivered.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:? Applies and follows the contractual obligations, GCC’s policies and procedures? Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements? Identify and evaluate vendors for pricing and quality, documenting all purchasing decisions,and completing purchase orders? Receives all Material Requisition for maintenance related items and process the same? Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to GCC SERVICES policy? Complete appropriate paperwork associated with purchasing products and supplies? Review delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and products? Provide updates on delivery status of materials? Maintain accurate records and files of business transactions and product inventories? Source best possible pricing for procurement of quality products? Prepares and process quotations along with catalogue for Proposal, Maintains and managefile with all supporting documents? Performs other duties as directed
