Operational & Commercial Planning???????? Assist the Planning Manager in the development and execution of Block 9 long-term plans to ensure alignment with the strategic planning priorities, portfolio strategy and the KE?s corporate center goals.???????? Coordinate with different asset teams to gather information (budgets, project plans) and contribute to the development of annual business and operational plans for Block-9 as pre-defined by the planning manager to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.???????? Review collated information and suggest remedial measures and additional corporate resources such as rigs, equipment, material, services, contracts, manpower and other required suggestions in liaison with concerned divisions.???????? Coordinate with Operations teams to develop project plans during all design stages of project execution and ensure its implementation in a systematic way.???????? Assist in the process of planning objectives and the work plans of shutdowns and turnaround, production planning and operational excellence to ensure effective planning across all block 9 activities in accordance to KE?s corporate center objectives and policies.???????? Propose and develop the shutdowns and turnaround plans and monitor execution to ensure activities are conducted in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.???????? Follow up major and minor shutdown activities on a daily basis, ensuring that jobs are being executed in line with scheduled turnaround activities.???????? Submit the daily shutdown progress report to indicate the percentage of actual work completed against plans.???????? Supervise project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
