Supports Planning & Controls Sr Manager and Planning & Controls Manager in the data gathering, data entry, and analysis of project schedule, budget and quality related information. Understands the need for, and begins building a proactive approach to other business areas. Demonstrates appropriate objection handling capability and knows when/how to diplomatically escalate issues. Communication skills must include: effective verbal, written, and listening skills. A basic understanding of risk/reward trade-offs, probability analysis, and negotiation skills are recommended to excel at the position.
