JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the Installation, repair & maintain kitchen equipment?s and Electrical work.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:úÿÿÿApplying and following the contractual obligations, PSGS?s policies and proceduresúÿÿÿFollowing, implying and maintaining all ISO standards and requirementsúÿÿÿTechnical and professional skill or knowledge in position related areas and keeps up with current developments and trends in area of workúÿÿÿConstantin attention must be paid to Safe Work Practices, immediately addressing any unsafe act witnessed to the maintenance managerúÿÿÿThorough knowledge in single phase, three phase electric systemsúÿÿÿFollowing up day to-day instruction given by maintenance manager / maintenance supervisor.úÿÿÿCoordinating with co-workers to ensure the smooth operation- giving helping hand when it?s neededúÿÿÿMaintaining and request necessary spare parts requisitions to reporting managerúÿÿÿReporting immediately to reporting manager in case of any defaults in maintenance issues.úÿÿÿConducting preventive maintenance on all equipment as per scheduleúÿÿÿModifying electrical circuits, High voltage and low voltage panel board control systemúÿÿÿIndus trialing electrical wiring, Cabling and joints installation,úÿÿÿProper and efficient use of spare parts according to the necessityúÿÿÿTimely checks on equipment and work areaúÿÿÿSubmitting the equipment?s service report / documentation to the reporting managerPerforming other duties as directed
