Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Working as a member of the Human Resources Team, the post holder will ensure provision of an effective HR & Administration service and support the management of office facilities across the region. Responsible for the line management of staff with the Human Resources team and will play a key role in ensuring a consistent level of service delivery and accommodation resource provision to meet organizational standards across the regionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Applying and following the contractual obligations, PSGSs policies and procedures
  • Maintaining ISO standard of Quality at work
  • Undertaking any project work as directed by the HR Manager or his designate
  • Updates and maintain HRD recruitment tracker
  • Maintaining relationships with recruitment agents to source the most suitable candidates for operations
  • Conducting Induction training for newly hired employees
  • Following up with employees? Line Managers to obtain Probation Evaluation Reports and update negative evaluations to the HR Supervisor or designate
  • Ensuring newly hired employeeshave completed their documents as per PSGS?s recruitment procedures
  • Coordinating with HR Admin/HR Travel officer for new hires Entry visa & travel Arrangements
  • Coordinating with Corporate HR for assistance in pending vacancies
  • Searching Suitable candidates and Recruitment agencies on a regular basis
  • Maintaining Job-applied candidates? documents (Soft & Hard copies) with reference numbers
  • Ensuring to source the right candidate for all vacancies
Performing other duties as directed
