JOB SUMMARY:Will be responsible for maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and the camp premises in a clean and orderly manner. Responsible for supervising Room Boys to deliver an excellent Guest satisfaction and maintaining the housekeeping operating standardsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:? Applying and following the contractual obligations, PSGSs policies and procedures? Ensuring ISO standards and requirements are strictly followed and maintained? Ensuring Personal Hygiene standards, uniform code and code of behavior is strictly followed and complied? Ensuring smooth operation of the assigned accommodation? Supervising the performance of the Room Boys? Organizing and facilitating the room cleaning process? Allocating on a daily basis the rooms and deep cleaning tasks to designated team members? Ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and the common areas in the location? Checking the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs? Ensuring that the entire operation is performed as per the laid down standards? Conducting routine inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet GCCS? standards? Achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner? Carrying out lost and found procedures? Reporting maintenance issues to the respective department? Assisting the Housekeeping Manager with training requirements? Sharing the team?s needs with the respective Management? Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintains good working relationships with all units? Following Health and Safety measures including Code of Accident Prevention? Paying constant attention to Safe Work Practices and immediately addresses any unsafe act witnessed? Conducting stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies are available? Investigating complaints regarding Housekeeping, Laundry service and equipment and take corrective actions? Performing other duties as directed
