JOB SUMMARY: ?Responsible for Servicing & Maintenance of the Power Generators.?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:?????Applying and following the contractual obligations, PSGS?s policies and procedures????Following, implying and maintaining all ISO standards and requirements????Maintaining daily performance reports for all generators????Understanding all basics on electricity & power supplies to the generators????Maintaining logs for meter reading daily on an hourly basis????Servicing generators; oil & other preventive maintenance as per requirement.????Performing troubleshooting and repair either on electrical or mechanical problems as and when required????Updating oneself thoroughly on transistorized and mag ? amp type regulator?s encountered in diesel engines????Performing trouble shooting and repair on electrical control panels, switch gear, safety devices as and when required????Use wiring schematic diagrams to locate defective components and connect equipment????Performing complex maintenance skills in major overhauls and repairs, replacement of parts, assemblies and preventive maintenance, such as dismantling, examine, and replacing defective parts as necessary, fabricate or improvise temporary replacement????Repairing and performing necessary corrective and preventive maintenance to the fuel tank and distribution systems????Ensuring all required forms, reports and other necessary paper work is completed and documented in timely manner as directed????Ensuring safety precautions are adhered to all times????Performing other duties as directed?
