The hotel is built over 11 floors, featuring 143 high-quality rooms and suites, dining venues and facilities that target corporate guests, investors and local companies operating in Basra, which include some of the world?s largest multinational energy firms. Provide and lead the property?s effective operational and strategic direction within all departments.? Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of Movenpickbrand standards and guest service experience, are maintained.? Maximize revenue potential and maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel business objectives and budgets.? Review and lead all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business results.? InfluenceTalent and Culture activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development.? Ensure strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.Your experience and skills include:? Fluent in English and Arabic? Proven experience leadinghotel openings? 5+ years General Manager experience within premiumhotels? Strong knowledge of the Middle East market? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders?
