Mitigation of risks associated with reimbursement (from Iraqi state company) of cost incurred by the company. That includes preparing control procedures for coping with the cost recovery risks, checking terms and conditions in draft contracts under procurement process, providing analysis of identified risk and justified recommendations to address it
