• Responsible for developing plans to improve the production from a well. A completion engineer designs and monitors the installation of well completions and helps devise methods to improve oil and gas well production
• Works closely with other technical departments in relation to drilling oil and gas wells in new or existing fields. Completion Engineers are based onshore either working for an operator, a service company, a specialist contractor or a consultancy.
• To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE and to implement and control HSSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
• To develop the detailed design of production and water injection wells completion, and well bore interface, investigating innovative solution.
• To specify requirements for Completion equipment and Services, participate in development of associated technical documentation, tendering process, clarification and evaluation, ranking and recommendation.
• To monitor and control Contractors / Suppliers achievements during the manufacturingperiod in accordance with contractual requirements in areas such as safety, technicalrequirements, quality, cost, planning, QA/QC, etc.
• To review detailed engineering before prototype fabrication, to develop qualificationprocedures and program, to review and approve the system integration test (SIT).
• To finalize the ongoing CFT?s: screens, lower completion equipment, expandable screens, alternate path screens for OHGP...
• To conduct CFTs for completion services to be organized in 2014 related to sand control: pumping services, wellbore clean-up?i.e. prepare ITT documents, perform technical &commercial evaluations, and prepare Recommendation to Award.
• To develop detailed completion programs, plans and contingencies (sandface completion, water shut-off), and, operations guidelines in close cooperation with the Drilling team, and assist the Completion Lead Engineer for the preparation of the General Completion Program.
• To assist with rig instructions when needed.
• The Completion and Workover Engineer monitors completion and workover activities and performs offset well production and completion analyses. Responsibilities include preparing the well proposal and basis of design for new well completions and work over activities and following the technical execution of programs. This position requires worldwide mobility with no restrictions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years? experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas project/operations
• Degree or HNC in a relevant finance or commercial discipline
• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate a team
• Can produce accurate and complex spreadsheets for tracking financial and commercial operations
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written briefs and skilled in report writing and compilation
• Competent in negotiation skills
• Show commitment to the team ethic by demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to work to any reasonable request from a remote manager.
