Visa & Travel CoordinatorJob Location : Bahrain / Saudi ArabiaTheir main duties may include:?Visa Application Assistance: Helping clients understand the visa requirements, preparing necessary documents, and guiding them through the application process.?Travel Planning: Collaborating with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Researching and recommending suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.?Itinerary Development: Creating detailed travel itineraries that include flights, transfers, accommodations, sightseeing tours, and other activities based on client preferences.?Booking Arrangements: Making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services. Ensuring all bookings are confirmed and providing clients with necessary documentation.?Travel Insurance: Advising clients on the importance of travel insurance coverage and assisting them in obtaining suitable policies.?Visa Processing: Liaising with embassies or consulates to submit visa applications on behalf of clients. Tracking the progress of applications and providing updates to clients.?Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to address any concerns or queries related to their visas or travel plans.?Compliance with Regulations: Staying updated on visa regulations and requirements for different countries to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.?Problem-solving: Assisting clients in resolving any issues or complications that may arise during the visa application process or while traveling.?Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.Qualifications :?Need experience
