We are a well-established construction company in Bahrain seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Purchaser to support our procurement and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction-related purchasing and strong coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirementsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveriesMaintain and update purchase orders, inventory records, and delivery schedulesAssist in preparing and reviewing purchase requisitions, comparative statements, and approvalsLiaise with the project, store, and accounts departments for smooth flow of procurement processesTrack material consumption and ensure that procurement aligns with project timelinesEnsure proper documentation, filing, and administrative support for procurement activitiesMaintain compliance with company policies and project-specific procurement standardsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industryGood knowledge of construction materials and local/GCC vendor marketsStrong negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office and procurement software/toolsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
