Admin CoordinatorJob Location : BahrainKey Responsibilities :•Develop and maintain detailed schedules for department activities, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met •Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle budget adjustments as needed •Serve as a central point of contact, providing assistance to staff and addressing client inquiries with professionalism •Maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring data is readily accessible and up-to-date •Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure efficient operations and seamless communication Qualifications and Skills :•Previous experience in an administrative coordination or support role •Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively •Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients •Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills •Preferred candidates are female and demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative spirit
