Position OverviewWe are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop and execute visually compelling marketing materials across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about branding, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.Key Responsibilities?? Creative Design & Brand Identity? Create marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.? Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, typography, and style guides.?? Multimedia & Motion Graphics? Produce motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and social media platforms.? Plan, execute, and manage photography and videography shoots with attention to lighting, composition, and camera operations.?? Production & Vendor Collaboration? Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production of design materials.? Review proofs and samples to maintain brand alignment.?? Innovation & Research? Stay updated on design trends to propose fresh, engaging creative solutions.? Explore and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI) to optimize design efficiency.?? Training & Development? Conduct design workshops or training sessions.? Mentor junior designers or interns in creative processes and best practices.Required Qualifications & Experience?? Educational Background? Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.?? Professional Experience? 2?3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or multimedia content creation.?? Languages?
