Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Baabda, Lebanon. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional teamwork.
  9. Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to enhance their performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  2. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  9. Flexibility to travel as required.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic.
