Position ?requires ?thorough knowledge ?of ?mechanical/piping drafting, engineering ?techniques ?and graphics ?skills ?using ?Auto Cad ?software.??Prepare/modify drawings, and monitor work for ?compliance ?to applicable ?codes, projects ?specifications, accepted engineering practices and international standards.Duties will include the preparation and/or modification of the following:????????????Equipments layout.??????????????Plant layout??????????????Piping layout and routings.??????????????Piping details.??????????????Piping isometrics.??????????????Material take off.Responsibilities will include:???????????????Prepares drawings and sketches using CAD (Computer Aided Design),working closely with other Designers,Drafters,and Engineers to ensure coordinated ?designs.??????????????Applies standard design principles ?and theories to complete assignments. Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with all Company policies,projects ?specifications and applicable standards and codes such as ANSI,ISO,ASME,etc...??????????????Assists in ensuring compliance with required design safety factors,tolerances,andspecifications.??????????? ???Compiles data and computes quantities.??????????????Reads,prepare and modify ?20 and 3D drawings and supplier/manufacturer drawings.??????????????Understands and performs changes,additions,and/or revisions as required by the immediate supervisor.
