-Excellent career development opportunities-Great work environment-Flexible working optionsOur client supports a culture a safety, where everyone takes responsibility for their own safety as well as those around them.They work to create an environment where individuals are motivated to work safely, be personally accountable for their actions and willing to provide feedback to their teammates requires a commitment at all levels of organization.The JobYour responsibilities will include:Providing theoretical and practical instruction to trainees in various aspects of drilling operations, such as well control, crew resource management, safety, and maintenance.Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training material and resources on IADC, DIT and WELLSHARP topics according to the approved curriculum and learning objectivesCreating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomesImplementing technology-enabled innovations to support blended and digital learningAssess trainees? knowledge and skills using standardized tests and practical exercisesProvide feedback and guidance to trainees on their performance and areas for improvementCollating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where requiredMaintaining a database of all training materialsDelivering IADC-approved WELLSHARP training programs to our clientsMaintain accurate records of attendance, test results, and completion certificatesEnsure compliance with IADC quality assurance and audit requirementsKeep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in the drilling industryIdeal CandidateQualifications (Essential requirements for the role):Master?s degree or higher in petroleum engineeringMinimum of five years of relevant experience in the drilling industryValid IADC WELLSHARP instructor certification for: Drilling Operations (Driller and Supervisor level) for surface, subsea, and workover supplement tracks.Well Servicing for Introductory, Workover, Coiled Tubing, Oil & Gas Operator Representative, Snubbing, Subsea Supplement, and Wireline tracksValid IADC DIT instructor accreditation for Drilling Operations and Well ServicingKnowledge of IADC standards, policies, and procedures for well control and drilling industry trainingExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to use online testing system, simulation software, and other training toolsFluent in English and Arabic languages to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.Ref: GFJ9QRE1G2 Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
