• Responsible for the cleanliness and replenishment of supplies in guestrooms and ensures the comfort of all Hotel guests as established by Hotel procedures and standards. This includes crockery and glassware in the rooms
• Adhere to all house rules and departmental policies and procedures
• Sign in/out floor keys and pagers
• Clean and services guestrooms according to the established procedures and hotel standard and reports any discrepancies found throughout the day to the Floor Housekeeper
• Ensure that the work areas, equipment, and supplies are kept in a clean and orderly manner at all times and will report any maintenance defects directly to the concerned department
