***URGENT REQUIREMENTS***Projects Experience Required - Overhead Transmission Line Projects /OHTLCompany - Multi-Billion || Listed EPC CompanyRole - Site Quality Control Expert / Site EngineerExperience - + 7 Years to 14 YearsQualification - Graduate Engineer- Electrical /Civil ( Full Time Only )Location - Saudi Arabia ( Multiple Locations)Summary -A QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Engineer for Transmission Line Projects is responsible for ensuring that all construction and engineering activities related to transmission line projects adhere to the highest quality standards.They monitor and oversee all phases of the transmission line development, from design and materials procurement to construction and final commissioning.The role typically involves reviewing project specifications, conducting site inspections, and managing documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Brief Role Description:Prepare all inspection reports timely.Knowledge of QMSSubmit all compliances on time to client.Preparation /review of Quality Assurance Plan, FQP/QAP & Method Statements. Familiar about IS Codes, Project Specifications and Field FQP Prepare field quality as per project specifications.Establish Civil laboratory and day-to-day testing.Identifying Root Cause Analysis for all deviations /observations and proposing correction action and Proposing Preventive Action before client inspection.Material inspectionIssuance of Quality Observation Report/ NCR for deviations observed and tracking for closure.Implementing First Time Right concept in Project Site.Knowledge about calibration Equipments /Tools/ Machineries/ Batching Plant. Inspection on construction activities at project sites.Conducting field test; like (SPT test, FDD test, Slump test,Silt tests, pH test,Cube test, Brick test, NDT ,Pile Integrity Test, Load Test ,Hydrostatic, earthing Resistance etc.)Planning:

• Maintain Project documentation with project numbering system as per contract Sop-custodian and document controller
• Prepare, update, and implement project QAP
• Prepare, review, submit and get the approval of ITP for equipment, method statements for all activities, field QAP for civil, electrical and testing activities

• Co-ordinate with customers for approval of FAT reports, site inspection for materials of receipt and witness the testing and commissioning activities
• Ensure all testing equipment are duly calibrated and co-ordinate with testing and commissioning agency
• Support project manager in planning, supervision, ensuring prevention of NCRs, reporting potential failure and take corrective actions
• Co-ordination between all functions like Design, Civil, Electrical, HSE, Commercial to ensure compliance as per the project QAP

• Monitor supplier and contractor performance with respect to approval MQP
• Prepare and submit periodical report on QA/ QC activities to HO
• Liable for Quality surveillance of site activities
• Responsible for internal audit at sites
