Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, and Khamis Mushit. He should be responsible for the overall store management. He will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Branch Manager will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.Responsibilities :

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers? pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage restaurant?s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
  • Additional store manager duties as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
