Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, expand, and develop strong and professional relationships with KOLs and hospital management members.
Prospecting for customer retention by structured management of the day-to-day activities to achieve a complete sales cycle and account management tasks.
Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Create and Deliver presentations and demos while upselling and cross-selling various company offerings.
Building and managing the sales pipeline involves working closely with Inside Sales teams.
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Understand and analyze Client needs and offer services accordingly.
Self-driven and focused on prospecting, offering, negotiating, and managing to close the sales opportunities to meet fiscal targets.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Evaluate various business opportunities and potential new customers to increase sales volume.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
Achieve monthly sales target based on the yearly target assigned by the Management.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
