˙Performs a wide variety of assignments; enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, and other materials.
Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters.
Takes and transcribes a variety of correspondence relating to the activities in Administration.
Arranges meetings, schedules appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules.
˙Prepares and records the minutes of meeting as assigned.
Assists in organizing activities and functions by the department.
