Job Title: Skin Care Therapist (Beautician) with Nursing LicenseLocation: KuwaitEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Aesthetic & DermatologyJob Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Skin Care Therapist (Beautician) with a Nursing License to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have expertise in skin care treatments, aesthetic procedures, and the operation of advanced skin care machines. An Arab national is preferred for this role, with strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing client experiences.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skin analysis and consultations to determine the most suitable treatments for clients.
  • Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic machines such as laser devices, RF (radiofrequency) machines, micro-needling, and HIFU.
  • Administer cosmetic treatments safely, ensuring compliance with medical and dermatological standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Educate clients on skin care routines, products, and post-treatment care to enhance treatment results.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and sterilization protocols are strictly followed in all procedures.
  • Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors in medical aesthetic treatments as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in skin care and aesthetic medicine.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
