We are looking for a passionate candidate about beautys retail industry to join us at Nail Station Beauty Salon, our Retail supervisor / Manager is responsible for ensuring optimizing the retail sales at the salon and delivering the exceptional commercial and customer service experience and achieving sales targets.-Direct interaction with customers to assess their needs and assist in satisfying those needs-To greet, serve and advise customers while delivering the highest standards of customer service.-address customers? queries about products, prices, availability, product uses.-Ensures that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that products are displayed in accordance with brand policy-Oversee the ordering and replenishment of all retail products to avoid running out of stock aligning with the Supply Chain team.-Demonstrate product knowledge on all categoriesWith us, you will turn your passion into reality.
