Job Description

Quantity surveyorMinimum experience of 5 years in the same field.Only For Kuwait ResidenceResponsibilities:

  • Study all tender documents and drawings and ensure no missing documents or drawings.
  • Calculate all quantities of the project including architectural and structural works (excavation, backfilling, shoring, concrete, block works, metal works, doors and windows, finishes, ...etc.)
  • detailed calculation of the steel reinforcement for concrete for all concrete works.
  • ability to understand the scope of work and extract all required works from the drawings and ensure that all items required are mentioned in BOQ and add the missing items.
  • Prepare the queries for tenders to raise to the consultant.
  • Prepare the adjustment BOQ sheet for quantities.
  • Extract the documents for each trade (including specs., drawings, BOQ) for subcontractors and suppliers and follow up with them for any queries.
